Serge Ferrari, a world leader in flexible composite material technology, today announced that Jules Duguay has been appointed Vice President, Serge Ferrari Americas. A more than 20-year industry veteran, Jules will lead business operations in North, Central, and South America.

Jules joins Serge Ferrari after spending 13 years in the textile industry where he was responsible for managing a multi-million dollar company and all aspects of the business including finance, operations, sales, marketing, product development, and human resources. During his tenure, Jules increased both revenues and profitability through value engineering, process improvement, aggressive cost reduction, strategic customer and supplier partnering, and innovative product development strategies. Jules’s previous experience also includes a range of management, business development, and engineering positions at companies within the steel industry.

Jules will be relocating to the Pompano Beach office, which serves as Serge Ferrari's Americas headquarters. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Manitoba and a Masters of Business Administration from Queens University.
